Spirit Guides

Spirit guides are spirits that can be asked upon to help you in daily life. Everyone has them, some have more than just one. To communicate with yours just follow the instructions below.

Take deep breaths and relax to clear your mind.

Deep Meditation is required (with no distractions).

Your spirit guide will come to you as a thought. then through deeper meditation over time they will come more often and easier.

Ask your spirit guide simple questions at first.
it may take some time to get through to them so be patient.

You can then find out their name / names and begin to ask more and more questions

Dont' get frustrated, as this may take many attempts to contact them.
Remember, They are here to help you in your day to day life if you let them. So please use them.

Believed to have healing powers, Raphael is capable of giving you a strong sense of well being and energy. Raphael is also known to assist in healing and protect travelers.
